About Military Packaging Hall of Fame
In 1990, the Military Packaging Hall of Fame was started to recognize those whose leadership and technical expertise has contributed to the successful development of the packaging industry.
Aberdeen Proving Ground, Aberdeen, Maryland was the first to honor those who have been inducted into the School of Military Packaging Technology.
Initiates are first nominated by a group of Industry Subject Matter Experts and the DoD Packaging Group.
The nominees achieve entry into the Hall of Fame following the vote of a panel of 25 electors representing all facets of the military packaging community.
Those who have been inducted are individuals who served the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, DLA, GSA and the private sector.
